Welcome to eMerchants Unite.  We are an online community of sellers, entrepreneurs, and business owners looking to share tips & resources related to e-commerce.  We love networking with others and forming real relationships with like-minded sellers.  Our number one mission here is to share information and grow our business.  We look forward to getting to know you!

GETTING STARTED:

1. First, you need to be registered to join the conversation.  So, what are you waiting for?  Register here.
2. Once you're a member you'll want to visit the Community section.  This is where you'll find your friends.
3. One of the first things you'll want to do is edit your profile and privacy settings.  Don't forget to upload an avatar so we can see you.  :-)

 NEED HELP?

Visit our support forum to get help from other members regarding various features on the site.  Since we just recently upgraded to a new version of our software it might be new to us as well but we will do our best to help if we can.

 PHOTOS:

You are welcome to upload up to 25 photos to your personal albums.  These can be a sampling of your products for sale or personal photos.  Anything you want visitors to your profile to see.  (Family friendly only please)  You also may upload up to 50 photos to related groups that you join. If you need to upload more please consider upgrading to premium status. 

It should be noted that your personal photos are viewable from your profile and group photos are viewable from the specific groups.  Both types of photos show up in the main photo area. 

Photos shared within the community are similar to Facebook photo albums in that they are intended to be shared with the community and not search engines.  That's not to say that a search engine won't pick it up in the search but that they aren't made to be highly visible outside the site.  That is what our business directory and classified ads sections will be for.  So, keep in mind...what you are sharing within the community is for the eyes of other SELLERS.
